He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. "They painted the Windows, Storms, Fascia, Trim, wrought iron railings, and even the chimney that needed about 3 fresh coats (and made it look amazing!) all exterior. They also painted a couple rebuilt interior windows.  Very nicely done.
Daren runs the show and is a good communicator.  They did what they said they would do and stuck to the budget discussed.
His pricing was reasonable and they were very detail oriented which was a requirement.  The job took a little longer than expected due to cold weather, but it was finished as soon as the weather cooperated.

"AC went out during a heat wave. Filled out the home advisor request at 5am and got a call from the shop 30min later saying they could come out that morning. Loved the responsiveness. Technician determined the blower motor was dead and replaced it as well as looked over the AC unit itself. Cost of parts was standard and cost of labor was very reasonable. Was treated very well in a time of desperation."
