"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was everything I couldâ ve asked for and more. Ethan was so respectful and happy to answer all my questions!! He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Installed a new main water shutoff valve with a pressure regulator valve, and an overflow tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. "Our A/C went out and we called our old company. They said it was a fan which would cost $1000 to repair. Stated the system was old and we really needed a new one because even if we fix it for $1000 Something would break again soon. Tried to sell us a new system for about $15 to $17 thousand.
