"I previously had all windows in my home replaced by NuVue and was extremely disappointed in the quality of work. I found RWT Windows on Nextdoor and could not be happier! First and foremost, Rick at RWT does not use subcontractors. A window is only as good as the installer, so NEVER use a company that utilizes subcontractors. RWT did a great job at insulating and cleaned up and were very professional. I would highly recommend RWT."

"EMA is a fantastic company to work with, the reviews don't do them justice. Eddie returned our initial call later in the evening and came out within a day or so to give us an estimate. We showed Eddie the areas around the house that concerned us. He then inspected our roofing, gutters, and siding; walked us thru the additional areas of concern, and the repair process. The work crew at EMA are amazingly fast and very friendly. Any questions I had they took the time to explain what was going on and how it protects the house. You couldn't ask for a better group of guys. The job started Monday and they were done Tuesday afternoon. They cleaned everything up and walked us around the house to showcase the new gutters and siding. When the roof needs replacement in a few years, I'm calling them back out."

"It went perfectly. i dropped off a piece to be duplicated, they had it ready the next day. Had called another siding company which was a lot closer to me and they wouldn't do the work. So, very appreciate of Schneider!"

"Took almost 3 weeks to complete because of weather. The crew showed up several times during the fix, I was never bothered, as they preformed the work and left. When they were finished I received a phone call, and was told they would send me a bill after Karl inspected the finished product. Very pleased with the work ethic of all the men on this job. Everyone always deferred back to Karl, who I suspect, hires very qualified personnel."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Springboro, OH

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
