Set up an appointment to get estimate immediately after requesting their services on Angies List. Owner went over an examined all areas of mold on walls, etc., Sent me an extremely detailed estimate in a timely fashion and I was exceptionally pleased with the final cost for all the work to be done. Then I set up date for service to be done. Work done was much better than I imagined. Much more than just removing the mold. "I purchased a home from an estate of an elderly gentleman who had passed. I had a home inspection done. I was given the results of a mold test done by my "Home Inspector". I contacted AIR TECH ENVIRONMENTAL the owner came to my home looked at the report and the looked at my basement and laughed, he asked did they test this basement as it is now and I stated yes the test was only 2 weeks ago. He stated that he saw no signs of mold, and observed that the basement appears to have been closed up for long period of time and was filled with dust. He advised me to clean the basement and air it out. I did so and removed all of the drywall and old carpet. in doing all of this I found a quarter size spot of mold. AIR TECH ENVIRONMENTAL did not charge me anything. He also advised if I encountered any problems to call him and he would advise me how to handle any issues."
