"Lazar diagnosed the problem from my description of the problem. He was spot on when he showed up the next day. I wasnâ t on site, he kept me informed at every step, sending video. The main sewer line was clogged, which caused periodic sewerage backups. Compounded by hair in the bathtub, sinks and shower. Within an hour he pulled out tree roots from the line and snaked everything. He then sent pictures of all things flushing and flowing. Extremely professional and reasonably priced. He and his team are plumbing whisperes, excellent technicians."

If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient.So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back.
