He gave me a quote, and said that he would try to get the water heater the next morning and, if he did, he would get it installed by the afternoon. He called Monday morning saying that he got it and that he would place be coming to replace it in about two hours. He showed up before that and got the job done in about an hour. Overall, I was able to get the water heater replaced in less than 24 hours. I was very happy with work done and the promptness."

"This was only an inspection and attempt to locate a leaking pipe, and give me repair alternatives. Money is tight so the$130 fee was hard but it can be applied to future work when they come for the repair/replacement. The contact person did not give me an false hopes and waste time that they would come sooner than the appointment. They called when they were on their way to be sure someone was home for the appointment. Will share more when the repairs are complete. The young man was honest and gave me information I expected and did not try to sell or push me into major repairs that would be very pricey."

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it.
