Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Springfield, MA

"Don't hesitate in doing business with Ben and Water Heaters America. My experience was a call one day and hot water the next. An extremely fair price for a repair that others would recommend doing a full, much more costly replacement."

"Rich responded to my request for water heater service on a Saturday almost immediately. After quickly determining the tank would require replacement he arranged to secure a replacement (under warranty). Rich and his son arrived tank in hand on Monday and promptly got to work. Great job guys!"

"Tim did a great job. The replacement valve Tim installed had a small leak, Tim came right out to take care of it."

"David is always very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! Came out to service my oil furnace and did a fantastic job. Prompt, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The furnace is running smooth and clean. I?ll definitely be using them again for future tune-ups!"

"The job was done right. This is an old house and it took a little more time, but I’m very satisfied!"

"I highly recommend Bearded Bear. David did an excellent job rebuilding our forced hot water system and replacing our ancient hot water tank. He was knowledgable, thoughtful, kind, and very responsive to our concerns."

"I hired this company to replace my water heater. He was very professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. The install was fast, it looked and worked great. Pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"I have no issue with the quality of the work performed or the customer service given. They contacted me quickly, were able to come out quickly, and repaired the toilet in short order. My issue is the price. The plumber who did the work quoted me $375 for what was really only a < 1 hour job (a minor toilet repair). That is outrageous, in my opinion, even given that it was a same-day, short notice visit. Other plumbers I have used would have done the same job for less than half the money. These are licensed, insured pros. Other than the extremely high cost, I have no issue with the work. It was quality work, but was done at a very, very high price. I won't be using Rooter again."

"Everyone we were in contact with was easy to work with. Kept us up to date on status of order and the installers did a great job."

"Matt is the type of plumber that everyone is trying to find. Competent, punctual, honest, does the work the job requires without trying to take you for a ride. Initially we were quoted a crazy high number by another company to replace the water heater, we called Matt for a second opinion. He came, assessed that the situation, ordered a replacement part, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Hot water is back on, He is a hero. Highly recommend!!!"
