At first I was pleased with the appearance and quality of the windows from the inside, but I did not inspect the outside up close as the windows were all on the second floor. Two months later, in June, when I went to put up my awnings I discovered that the mounting brackets for the awnings had been removed and apparently discarded. As a result, three of my awnings can no longer be used. At that time I also noticed there was a sizeable gap, about three quarters of an inch, between some of the window frames and the house siding. <br /> Subsequently, I returned their written survey indicating my dissatisfaction and requesting that their representative contact me. I never heard from them again. I waited until October 5th and then telephoned their sales rep, Mat Taylor and explained the problem. He said someone would be in touch with me. That was three weeks ago and I still have not heard from anyone. For over two thousand dollars per window, I had expected better service than this. <br />"

Removed the old windows, worked with me to find new windows that I liked even though they required staining on the inside, installed the new ones, replaced old sills as needed, stained the new windows. He was punctual and diligent. Everything got done in a quality and timely manner. Also he's a very nice friendly guy."

"It was really fun picking out a door. It was cool to see the door I wanted virtually. It was easy to see how each door would look in my space. On the the day of installation, the guys arrived promptly at 8am as scheduled. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up any debris and were very neat about their work. I love my new door! It feels really good to feel safe and secure when I lock my door. My old door was original to the house and was not very secure and was drafty. "great!  their estimate came in $500 less than another company that wanted to do a lot more to our roof to fix it.  We anticipate putting on a second floor in a couple of years and plan to replace the roof at that time, so it did not make sense for us to put as much money into our roof now.  They were prompt and easy to talk to.  After someone came to the house to fix it the first time we still had a couple smaller leaks coming through, so I called them back and could not have had better service.  At no further charge, Brian came back to the house and got back up on the roof to further plug up the leaking sites.  He even thanked me for calling him back, saying it's hard to fix the leaks the first time, since water can get into such small spaces and it's important for him to see the roof when it's wet so he can have a better idea of where the water goes.  After the second visit, no more leaks!"
