They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. He was going to grab a sandwich first, but decided he better come right away instead in case he needed something from the parts store before they close. Wow, that's service! He definitely knew what he was doing and had the necessary parts with him. He went above and beyond by shortening our exhaust tubing behind the dryer since the extra length can contribute to overheating. He gave me some brief safety advice (showed us where the water shut-offs were, recommended no one use washers and dryers while asleep or away), seeming genuinely concerned. He specializes in just washers and dryers, so he really knows his stuff. He works quickly but thoroughly. His business card says $15 service charge (that's low!) and 90-day guarantee, which he did let me know. I would absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends."

"Furnace, located in an unheated basement,  went out on a Sunday with an expected overnight low below zero.  Tech was at my house within 2 hours of call, and repair was completed within 90 minutes.  There didn't appear to be any extra charge for a Sunday emergency call, and my $25 coupon from Angie's list was honored, although I thought it might not be because of the Sunday service.

Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
