"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Faith Built was hired to complete a master bathroom remodel for our home. From start to finish, this company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Cory and Rob (co-owners) were prompt in all of their communication with us, and the team that worked in our home did spectacular work and were always professional and courteous in their interactions with us. The project was fairly extensive- ripping out an old cast iron tub, taking down old subway tile and baseboard heaters, and installing new light fixtures, a shower, painting, flooring, etc. Throughout the project they kept me up to speed on progress, discussed any unknowns they had run into and how to resolve it (like old plumbing that needed fixed), etc. I could not be more pleased with how the master bath looks now!"

"Installers are very professional and go above and beyond to get the work done right and on time. Had a wonderful experience start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom work."

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"Instalation was fast and we got a great price."

"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done."

"Kenneth and Marciano did excellent work. The price was very reasonable. Challenges arose and they dealt with them beautifully. Their clean up was excellent and their work guaranteed for 5 years. Outstanding duo; would hire again unconditionally. Carol Ross"

"After a bad decision and particularly horrible experience in hiring a friend who claimed to be a licensed contractor (my mistake for not checking him out), I reached out to Friedman Home improvement for help in fixing the disaster that had become of my only bathroom. From the affordable estimate to the consultation to completion, the Friedman team was responsive, accommodating, friendly and professional. They showed up on time and worked all day, every day - demoing, gutting and replacing the floor, walls, ceiling, plumbing and electrical as well as installing all of the fixtures I had purchased. 5 business days later, my bathroom was complete. Although it isn't the bathroom I had originally envisioned when I decided to start this project, it turned out better than I ever imagined and I absolutely love it! Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I made. Just hire Friedman Home Improvement from the start and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Friedman Home Improvement for a beautiful bathroom and stress-free experience!"
