There were two teams - one for roofing, and one for gutters. They were professional, highly skilled workers who were respectful of owners concerns each step of the way. "They were very organized and professional. At 77 years old, I was unable to climb ladders and remove and restore curtains , blinds, etc. They did this at no additional cost.!! Because of supply chain problems, they could not start immediately, but they kept me informed of the installation date. They also cleaned up well when that finished. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
