"Frank and his crew were absolutely outstanding to work with. Excellent communication and they finished early and on budget (how often does that happen!). The craftsmanship is simply perfect and they took care of every detail. They cleaned up every day and left no mess. And heâ s a very kind person as well. My absolute highest recommendation. I wish I had known about him a couple years ago when I did my major kitchen remodeling!"

"We initially hired Bearded Builders to repair the drywall that was left open after we had plumbers extend our water lines. Not only did the Bearded Builders team repair the drywall, but they made it look seamless! We requested they hang the cabinets in our exam room as well as do other repairs around the office. They are now our Go-To for all things building related."

"Brian repaired my master shower, something I had spent 2 years not wanting to use because of all the problems. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and barely made any noise or created any dust! And my shower looked like new after he left - and functions like a new shower. Can't get any better than that. I will definitely call Brian again if I have any work that needs attention at my house."

"Very nice job on the Bamboo Floor. No complaints. They rebuilt 7 stairs and stained them. In general a great job. I think the finishing for the other parts could have a little been better. Stair risers were left Primed instead of painted. They cleaned up OK. I had to do some myself. I will defiantly still hire them again. I would just be more attentive to certain details, instead of assuming they will get done."

"Following a big rainstorm we had a leaking area of our roof and required immediate repair. We submitted the request for quote online and heard back from this contractor within 24 hours. Unfortunately, due to excessive workload, they were unable to bid on the job so I can't comment on their performance, but I was very impressed with the immediate responsiveness so I was able to find another contractor."

"I recently purchased a home and had to have my roof completely redone. Local Roofing was very prompt in visiting my home to assess the condition of the roof and provided an estimate on the spot. The new roof looks great and was completed within a day. They were in contact with me every step of the process. Would recommend for any roof repairs."

"Ana is a hardworking woman, always doing her best work. I was very impressed by the excellent work she did in a such little time. I totally recommend her if you have any small projects at home and do not have the time or energy to do them, I recommend giving her a call. I will definitely hired her for my future cleanings or small projects again."

"Had a leak that turned into a shower replacement,/upgrade, and ceiling repair. Greg and his son understands how to repair the flaws in these builder homes. Greg worked with us every step of the process. The work space was kept clean and tidy the whole time. I feel he priced the job very competitively."

"Work came in as estimated. Owner was professional, arrived when scheduled, work completed as promised. Overall very pleased with the work performed and would definitely use their services again. They even went above and beyond to assist me with a minor unscheduled repair."

"Steve was a huge asset to our home renovation. We purchased a 30 year old home that was in need of some updates and refreshes. Steve showed up on the day we closed to get us a quote, and go over each item in detail. He came up with a line by line price for each repair we discussed as well as an overall total. We knew we'd need about 3 weeks worth of work, so as you can imagine, once we got into things, we needed to add this, remove that, and fix this other piece. Steve was incredibly flexible with our changes and was able to work around and with the other crews that were doing painting/tiling/etc. He stuck to his timeline, his price, and his word that he was always on time, and he would leave our home as clean as he found it. I've made sure to keep his number in my phone because I'm sure we'll have other things pop up, and I won't hesitate to call Steve for the job. In the end, Steve had cased in a pass through shelving unit and turned it into a wall, he made a false wall above our mantle so that we could have power and cable above our fireplace, he delivered and replaced all our toilets, he repaired a toilet flange that was too high, he removed our built in communication system and patched the drywall, removed an old built-in 'breadbox' attached to our cabinets, installed a new countertop on our wet bar, and the list goes on and on. All the work he did was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the end result!"
