They left no debris and completed the job in about 6 hours. The cost was exactly on estimate and that happened to be about half the previous estimates I got from other service providers. "When they arrived later than scheduled (1.5 hrs late) they did a fine job. Removed existing sink/faucet & installed replacement sink/faucet. They offered to take the old unit to give to Habitat for Humanity for an upcoming project (this sink was still in good shape) which was great. Both of the guys doing the job were very friendly/efficient. However, new faucet does the same thing as the old one - the hose catches on the turn off valves under the sink - I asked about moving the turn off valves to a lower position on the pipes to avoid this - they weren't very enthusiastic about doing this-used duct tape on valves to keep hose from catching"

"I called them and spoke to chris who sent out a service tech within 45 minutes.  The tech was clean, efficient and professional.  he was able to complete the job with minimal disruption to the sink and cleaned up thouroughly after he was done,  in all, a great experience and well worth the cost since no cuts had to be made to my walls.  I will definately use them again in the future for any clog that is beyond a regular plumbing company.

"Before replacing the tub, he had to build up the walls so he could attach the new tub and walls of tub. He and his co worker both worked very hard and steady. Nice to talk to. Informative. Quality work. Both men. I liked the fact that Chad was going to stick to his first quote with us, even though neither of us knew about the need to build up the existing walls before his quote. He not only tore out existing tub, he took all waste materials with him. He is a patient man and works without complaint. Twice I had to go and exchange wrong parts I had bought, and he just kept working on other things until I returned. A few days later I heard from him with a follow up call. He wanted to know if there were any problems. There weren't any. He offers integrity and quality work. I would and will recommend  All Around Plumbing LLC to anyone with a plumbing need.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
