Their installation crew was very polite. They kept their work area clean and organized. The installation work was very neat and professional looking once it was completed. They had a problem with one of the new natural gas heaters that was installed, it ended up be a manufacturer's defect. Gelinas worked diligently with the manufacturer to troubleshoot and remedy the issue. Everything is working great now and we could not be any happier with the service that was provided to us by Gelinas. <br />"
