They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. "It went well. He helped me get the vanity into the house from my car and then removed the old one and replace it with my new one. He did a great job. It was 'pricey' for me, but then I have not ever had to pay a plumber in the past - because friends and family did jobs for me before. The installation of the new vanity cost more than I paid for the vanity top at home depot. But I could not have done it. AND, he showed me the stopped up drain, with about five years of hair!
