"Joe did a great install for "Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning". Was patient with my questions and thoroughly explained next steps."

"Iâ ve used them for both a furnace and central AC replacement in the last year. Their professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. We had issues with furnace after install (not Hoffmanâ s fault) and they responded politely and quickly each time to get the system right. I just plain old trust these guys"

"I’m happy and I would recommend. They installed a new system and were able to address a few other vents we wanted put in. Thank you HVAC doc!"

"Great! We met with sales rep one day... installed a day later. On time and very professional. Everything promised was completed. Even went above and beyond on a couple little tasks without charge. They only install Trane a/c units and that is the brand that my research lead me to. There was a rebate available so the price stated was actually a couple hundred less. Plus they finance with interest free payments!"

"Quick and easy, professional install with no issues. Loved the ability to schedule and coordinate online."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
