"$99.95 service call. Seems like a lot, right? Nah. Scarcity of goods and services makes it reasonable. Anywho, James came out, diagnosed the problem, identified the cost to replace some parts, and didn t mind when I told him I would transition to my home warranty company for the repair. Excellent customer service in an experienced tradesman."

"I asked Jeff, owner of Greenacre Plumbing, for a installation of new track sliding doors to be replaced and installed. Also I used Jeff for electrical advice. He is very knowledgable in many areas of home improvement and repairs. Jeff provided me with quotes and his pricing is very fair. His timeliness and professionalism are on par and up to standards. When his team was finished with a project, they take a lot of pride in the clean up of the project aftermath, which can be messy. His team listened to my request and provided the service beyond my expectations. Having the ability to speak directly to the owner and receive exceptional service is above and beyond the call of duty in the customer realm. I will continue to use Jeff and his team for future projects as I know I can trust and depend on them for anything."
