"We've worked with Family Prestige 2 or 3 times, for garage door repairs to replacement. It's been great. When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable."

Also, David provided suggestions and help on others aspects of the garage (replacing broken spring before door installation). "Garage door broke on a Saturday night. I called Sunday morning and they had somebody out to assess the same day. The door was broken in 3 places, so could not be fixed. I have two doors and the opener was not working on the other door. I upgraded the doors and openers. They could have installed the next day, but my schedule didn't work. We scheduled for 3 days later. They were on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend"
