Courteous and professional technician quickly diagnosed two problems: Replaced defective exterior control panel (had one on his truck!) and re-programmed software that was causing door to close incorrectly when safety beam was interrupted. Price was very fair."

"An awesome experience working with the Family Prestige team. Isaias walked me through the inspection, indicated various issues of failing parts/excess wear-n-tear, gave me a few options on different garage door openers, and worked a very affordable price. My garage door went from a circa early-2000s rust machine to a smooth glider with a chain drive. It previously sounded like a jackhammer and now we barely hear it open and close. Definitely give them a try when looking for an honest quote!"
