"We're extremely happy with the work performed by emergency restoration services for us. All were prompt, friendly and professional In 2015 hole in our neighbor's roof (we own a townhouse) listening water to our house. They came out and perform mold and water damage remediation however they could not complete the work until our neighbor fix the roof which was several months later. Emergency restoration services was very understanding of that, left us one of their fans that we could use because every time water would come in. This went on for two or three months before we were able to complete the work. ERS took no issue with this odd situation and helped us. We highly recommend them"

"We had a very disappointing experience with the first water mitigation company that our insurance company sent out.  I found Flood Damage DMV on Yelp and the insurance company allowed us to contact them.  Amir was absolutely fantastic.  He was clear, concise, very professional and easy to work with.  And I also cannot say enough about Ari who answers the phones at the company. he was so very helpful and patient in answering all my many questions on the many occasions that I called. Amir came out to our home to assess the flooding situation first.  He explained exactly what would need to be done.  We appreciated that the crew worked to cut out as little drywall as possible in the drying process.  Everything was done very professionally.  The only slight gripe we had was with how the damaged hardwood flooring was removed.  We felt the process could have been a little more "gentle" so that less wood was damaged in the removal process. "

"I sent my initial inquiry e-mail at 6:24AM, and Carlos wrote back at 6:52AM asking if he could come by that morning between 8 and 9AM. After having three other companies quote it, I selected Water Damage DMV based both on the cost of the estimate, his promptness and communication, and the clarity in answering questions I had. When Carlos arrived to do the work, he went right to it. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was finding and how it was going. When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying. He checked in daily either in person or by text until it was time to remove them, at which point he came and did so. I was very happy to work with Carlos and Water Damage DMV. While I hope to never need their services again, if I happen to be that unlucky, I know who I will be calling."

He was able to open our drywall (cutting a neat square that caused as little damage as possible), perform a thorough inspection of the area, and confirm there was no evidence of mold. "This company and Mike whom I was dealing with are God sent. I had a water damage all over my condo because of sewage back up and I had no water damage insurance. It happened on the evening when we had heavy thunderstorm and I was not the only one having this issue. I called dozens of other companies and ProDNA / Mike just like others were backed up. But, the difference is that he cared! I called him on a Sunday he did not have any opening that day nor Monday but he was working hard to shift things about on his end so that he could make room to get me a Monday morning appointment and he did. "We were very pleased with the work from Grout Medi!. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate and took the time to really understand the work. They asked for permission to pull up a loose tile to examine what was underneath which revealed rot and additional repair work. While this increased the price of their services over a competitive bid, I felt that they would be cheaper in the long run as I anticipated the other contractor would have identified the problem during the project and then tacked on additional costs doing the work when we weren't in a position to negotiate. The repair team showed up as scheduled each day. They were very professional, shared status, and asked questions as needed. They did discover another issue during the repair and presented a few options for repair as well as the risk/benefit of each. Overall, the work looks amazing! Our floors and shower looks brand new! Highly recommend!"
