The plumber and his assistant got to work immediately. The work was completed efficiently and fast. The shower head was installed for free. They were kind, courteous and professional."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"The team did a great job in the heat to install a new AC to fix my broken one, and new ductwork, in less than 8 hours. After receiving multiple quotes, OHA mentioned that the way my ductwork was set up on exit from the AC was the most likely reason my old ACs compressor gave out so soon after warranty lapse. "Everything seems to have been done extremely well. The guys doing the work are the ones who showed up (right on time) to do the quote. They gave me EIGHT different options for the work I was looking to have done. Understandably, they tried to get me to do more, since they were already there, but there was no pressure or expectation of me agreeing to some of the things I could very easily do myself. They also did not do the typical contractor thing of... "if you agree and sign now, you can get an extra 10% off.' They told me if I agreed now, I'd get priority scheduling. But they were out to do the work within, I believe, 2 days so I don't know how you get much more priority than that. They also did a "free" whole home electrical inspection where they checked all our outlets. Understand they were trying to find more work :) but it didn't cost me anything other than a little time and allowing them to walk around the house to check the outlets. The only issue I did had/have is that I haven't been able to schedule the inspection for the work and that is really mostly on me. I'm sure if I called, they'd help me get that scheduled. Just haven't gotten around to it. The Beacon team's communication was terrific. Workers showed up on time, worked hard and completed in the time (a little less) than they said. Regarding value: I did receive a quote for less from another electrician but the warranty wasn't really comparable to what Beacon offers. And, I also hired them at the same time to do the installation of a new tankless water heater. Since I hired them for both and had a quote for a little less, they worked with me on the price and brought the electrical work price down a bit, which I very much appreciated. They also did a great job on the water heater. They offer no interest for 12 months financing through GreenSky and I was able to combine the two jobs into one GreenSky account so another plus. Overall, this was the best contractor experience I've had in a VERY long time and will definitely reach out to them next time I need work done which they do."

"Our water heater stopped working overnight and we contacted Done Rite Services in the early morning to diagnose the issue. They immediately responded and said someone would be out to the house later that afternoon/evening. Edgardo called later in the day and asked if he could come out earlier. Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Edgardo thoroughly and patiently described the options for a replacement water heater and quickly checked if they were result in stock. After deciding on a model, he was able to schedule an installation in about 24 hours! During the replacement, Edgardo and Ethan were very thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, ensuring they took care to install the water heater correctly and to code. They were both wonderful to work with, very professional, and caring to make sure the installation was correct. We will definitely consider them for future plumbing work!!!"
