"I hired Nu Look Home Design to install a new roof and gutter system for home, porch, and garage, and to replace two porch skylights. The Sales Rep gave excellent detail of product offerings and warranties, evidence of quality workmanship and training of installers and project and installation managers. Pre-installation inspections were thorough, performed first by a knowledgeable sales rep, then by a highly experienced installation manager. Planning, scoping and costing were supported by advanced tools that assured the accurate sizing of the job and accurate ordering and delivery of the chosen products. The work was completed the work without comprise, shortages, or excess. Discounts were scaled to the size of the job. All products and service were delivered and completed on-time (installers and field managers actually arrived early each day). Setup and cleanup was immaculate—no plants, lawn, or other property damaged; all debris thoroughly removed. "Steve and his team showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I needed a wood burner stove installed. The wood burner salesman recommended cutting off some of the stonework where the stove would be installed. Steve came up with a much better, shorter and cheaper idea where he came in and just made round holes where the stove legs would be."

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."

"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."
