"Carlos got back to me in a couple of days after I submitted my request and we scheduled an appointment for between 10 and 12 one morning. After he didn’t show up during that timeframe, I gave him a call. He then told me he got tied up with work and it wasn’t worth his time to come out for an estimate on such a small job. I explained that he could’ve told me it wasn’t worth his time upfront rather than scheduling an appointment and never showing up and having me waste a morning.
