He was very friendly and professional and did everything possible to try and repair the heater before recommending a replacement. Once it was determined that a new heater was needed, he ordered it and then came to my home immediately to do the installation once the heater was available. He completed the job in a timely manner and we were very happy with his service."

"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. "Steve Tinetti, owner of Maverick Water Heaters, is terrific! During the big storm the first week of January this year, our power went out and our tank water heater blew. Painful. We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge). Steve bought the tankless water heater we wanted (higher end) and got to work. By 6:00pm that day we had instant hot water (within 24 hours of our initial call). He came back the next morning for a couple hours to finish up the complete installation and we were good to go. I can't say enough about Steve and his high quality, efficient, and professional service. He is a long time Coastside local, independent business owner/operator, and one man show. He explained everything clearly and in detail. He did a superb job and I know this wasn't easy. The heater is in the garage up high on a loft and on the side opposite where the air vent needed to be routed. Yet he made it work and did so very quickly. And, he's just a good guy. A couple months later, we are thrilled with our tankless water heater. We are very glad we made the switch and feel very fortunate that we found Steve. I highly recommend him without reservation ."

"They just serviced us today, they serviced us this morning. We’ve had two recent visits with them. They’ve done an adequate or good job but we are a little concerned about the prices. It seems a little high. My wife in particular is a little bothered by that. We just found it maybe a little expensive but they’re very competent. They did some work for us today and did another job for us about 3 or 4 months ago. In both cases I think we used one of your online coupons to reduce the payment a little bit. The total was $317 and that was with the $20 discount that we got from your coupon. He was here for less than an hour and he didn’t really have to, I don’t think, there’s no listing here for parts but if there was a part it was more like a large washer or something because there was a leak. I don’t think parts were very significant. It had just a very slow leak around the base of the toilet and we would notice after several days that there would be moisture there. It’s a little early to tell if the leak is gone, but I think he knew what he was doing."

"I noticed my water heater leaking late in the evening (Saturday night), and Sunday morning I reached out to Angie's List for a water heater replacement. I set my expectations that it probably wouldn't be attended to until the work week, but Jesus for Jess Plumbing responded within minutes. Checking with some of the big box stores, Jesus had extremely reasonable pricing that included the purchase of the water heater, labor for removing/installing, and hauling away the old one. After confirming pricing, he was at my home with the new water heater in hand within the hour. Once he arrived, he had a very warm and open attitude as he broke down all the steps that we'd be going through. he was very knowledgeable with the alternate methods of electric or tankless, and gave the pros/cons should I decide for an upgrade in the future. Throughout the install, I enjoyed our conversation very much and he didn't mind that I hung out in the garage while working on other projects. He moved with the intention that only comes with years of experience, deliberate and precise. When we had to shut off the water he communicated that ahead of time knowing that my family could possibly have a need to access it. Overall the whole process went incredibly smooth and would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to a friend."
