"I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."

"I would like to modify my original review that gave Roy an F grade for responsiveness. He's since called me, apologized and explained his reason for not returning my call. I explained the problem I've been experiencing with my sprinkler system and he gave me very good feedback. I've since learned that the problem I've been experiencing may have originated with my Municipal Water System and it may not actually be a sprinkler system issue. The water company will be coming out to repair a broken valve that may have occurred when the meter was replaced several weeks ago. Roy and I left the door open for future communication and I'm hoping that we will be able to work together in the near future."

"After receiving subpar work and constantly not getting things right for several years such as setting the sprinklers to only 1 .5 minutes instead of 15 minutes and forgetting to turn some of my zones on, sprinkler heads constantly breaking, they decided I cant renew my contract because there is a very strict deadline to do so. I left 3 messages in the past 2 months which were also never returned. I was a good customer who bought a sprinkler system from them as well as a new pump for my well, I was also planning to have them drill a new well for me this year. Stay away from A&C not worth the headache"

"Job went great. Tommy is a real good guy - honest, knowledgeable, and professional. The scope of the job had changed from the time of the estimate to the actual start because I had some landscaping done. Tommy rolled with it, and even though it cost more than the original quote (which I fully anticipated, as I had added more grass), he did not hold my feet to the fire. He came up with a great solution, the upcharge was fair (honestly, less than I anticipated) and so far, the coverage has been great. Lawn is looking nice. <br> <br>Tommy is still supposed to come back to finish some heads (because I had to have a tree removed and some additional yard work done). Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating. I am sure he's catching up on days lost during the start of the season. But I fully anticipate the work being completed in the same manner as the rest of the job. Aside from having the capped lines above the ground, the only evidence that they did work in the yard is the greener lawn. I would definitely recommend American Lawn Sprinkler to neighbors and friends. <br>"
