"I've been in my home over 12 years so things tend to need work. RMR is the first contractor who provided a detailed explanation of what work was to be completed, time estimate, cost and how payment was to be made. It was a contract to be signed my myself and the owner, Wayne. A copy of the insurance certificate was also provided without my having to ask for it. The work was performed in a timely manner. All work was based around my schedule not the contractors schedule. The basement was cleared of all affected areas. The area was completely cleaned of any and all debris related to this job. I can walk in the basement now without the smell of something rotten, mold. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Presley and one other man whose name I cannot remember.
