"The owner quickly diagnosed the problem with our old furnace, on Friday, and his workers quickly and efficiently installed the new furnace Monday morning. The workmanship was excellent, providing a much better installation than the original. They kept everything very clean, putting down tarps to cover all the carpeted areas (including the stairs), and vacuumed afterwards. Good communication skills. The owner gave us repair or replace options, checked that we understood the process and were satisfied with the results. We were very pleased with the whole experience."

He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed.
