"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. "Talked to Kevin, the owner who answered the question if a water expansion tank needs to be pressurized prior to installation (Yes, at least to the incoming line pressure, 2 other plumbers said No, that tanks are already pre-pressurized)..He got the job. Sara did a nice quote on the price. They sent Ryan to do the install along with the team changing all the angle stops on my fixtures (I and them were able to twist the handles off the existing "home depot valves" in a home 12 yrs old. They also replace with a much heavier duty, Wolverine Brass quarter turn valve. These guys used booties in the home....nice. I was shown the hard water deposit and decided to add a Halo5 system. Ryan did a really clean install, that required pipes entering one side of the garage and the tank being placed on the other corner, for best placement and drain. He spent time aligning the pipes, added a door panel where the garage wall was cut for pipe splicing and even spray painted the copper pipes...to not look obvious....talk about going the extra distance."
