"The installer, Jesse, was just great. Lucky for me, he was the Trainer of installers for this area and was filling in for an installer. He had the thing removed and installed in probably 4 hours and did a really good job, I still find it hard to believe one guy installs these double garage doors.  All equipment was as ordered and I really like the looks of the windows in it and really like the quietness of it compared to the 20 year old one it replaced. However, about a 7 weeks after it was installed, the programming on the opener failed on a Friday and it would not open. Why I don’t know. I called them and set up the first available appt on Monday but over the weekend I read the manual and reprogrammed it and it works fine again and I cancelled the appt. Hopefully it is not going to be problematic, the warrantee on the unit is one year but the labor warrantee has expired."
