"I had an excellent experience with Premier Home Design and Construction. I had several decorative accent walls installed. I received an immediate response from Nick. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process and provided very reasonable pricing. He was able to schedule and complete it very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He is highly skilled and detail oriented. I was very impressed with the level of craftsmanship and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Premier Home Design and Construction to everyone."

"Reggie did a great job. All the popcorn ceiling removal and repairs to drywall look nice and smooth, and all the paint (ceilings, wall, trim, and doors) looks great. He finished the job in the estimated time frame, and I would gladly hire him again in the future."

"A cost effective one stop shop that can provide licensed electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other services in a prompt and timely manner. Over the last (15) years I've contracted these services from multiple big name providers offering only a single craft service. All were more expensive and required me to contract with multiple providers to complete home repair projects. Recently used Rave Renovation for several electrical and carpentry projects. They responded immediately & within days had project estimates which they were able to start within (2-3) days. The individuals assigned to my renovations were punctual; completed the projects swiftly; were cost effective, beating other contractor pricing. They did so while providing quality professionals that got the job done right. They coordinated the assigned craftsman to complete the projects reducing overall job complexity and allowing me to complete the work with a single contractor. I would highly recommend them"

"Good job prepping and painting my concrete pool coping."

"Jonathan and his crew were great. They repaired, pressure washed and stained our wood fence. They did exactly what they promised, were always on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them and will hire them again."

"Per Behr, the paint manufacturer's printed directions, and my phone conversation with Behr's technical assistance dept, I directed CertaPro Painters to back brush the paint on the bare, pressure treated, kiln-dried surface. My directions were ignored after several follow -up e-mails to revise their contract as presented to me. Before the contract was presented to me and before an estimate was presented, I personally instructed CertaPro to "back brush" the paint AFTER applying the paint with a spray OR roller. However, after the paint was first applied with a spray gun, CertaPro began to use a roller. I firmly objected and instructed them to "back brush" per Behr's instructions. The field rep for Behr was on the job and told the painter to roll it on against my objections. The paint job was completed with spray and roller, NOT according to Behr's recommended application. I understand that CertaPro saved time doing it their, but it was not to the standard that I expected nor paid for. Bottom line is I believe I received an inferior paint job."
