We paid $20000.00 for this fix and now have cracks. Was it worth it? Well we are dry so that's good, but for the money I am very disappointed to see all the cracks! This survey gave me no way to give the answer for post work so all I can go on is pre. The flaw in this is that I can only comment on when they were trying to sell the product to me. I found the salesmen was somewhat arrogant and pushy. We went with this company because we only had 1 other prospect (who we would have gone with, by the way, but despite what the salesman from Mid Atlantic would have you believe, offered the same warranty but wasn't able to get to us in time and we needed the work done)."
