Brian and his crew assessed the situation and did an amazing job. Besides replacing the entire concrete walkway, they also installed a railing. They did another railing in the back of the house and installed a new mailbox as well. 2 days in and we've had many compliments on both the mailbox and walkway. Another neighbor has already asked if HMD is willing to do their mailbox. No job to small (or big, as I believe they're used to doing much larger jobs in the metro area). They also kept our property and surrounding area clean. They loaded equipment and materials in and out, and it was a "busy site" for a couple of days, but when they cleaned up, you would never know they were there, except for the quality craftsmanship they left behind. Initially they came out to do repairs, and kept saying this shouldn't be happening and seemed perplexed why this kept on occurring. It is now the 6th or 7th time in 2 years this has happened, and after repeated phone calls/emails....they WILL NOT respond. In my opinion....they're crooks! Save your money!! Any landscaping business with integrity would get to the bottom of this issue...instead of plopping a bandage on it. And just to be clear...our previous patio never had this issue."
