Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. They installed a chandalier in the hallway, a nice lighting fixture and a dimmer switch in the bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the dining room. I was really happy when they told me that they would be able to install the dimmer in my bedroom, something that my grandmother's handyman had told me previously (without even looking at the wiring in the bedroom) would not be possible due to my building's old wiring.
