"Dave Polo has a great online scheduling system, that makes it very easy for see his availabilty and his prices. The price above included a septic tank inspection by BeachStone Septic Corporation that Dave engaged and who were also very professional, very through and a great source of information. Dave was very thorough, we began on the roof and then worked ourselves around the outside of the house. We took notes as he mentioned things and he used his handy recorder to help him with his notes to put into the report. Our house has 3000 sq. ft and I feel confident that he covered much of that area. He was very thorough - looking high and looking low, pointing out the good, the bad and the things for us to improve the condition of the house. His report was about 8-9 pages and very detailed. It was a great source to go back to the sellers and asked for the significant things to be addressed or help us with some $$$."

"I don't think he did a great job on trimming and stuff though. I was going to have them for the whole yard. It was supposed to be yard work and tree trimming or lawn maintenance but then I don't know what happened but then again he stopped by and since we didn't get any one to do the work, we had him do the trimming. I wouldn't have it done by him again. I thought the pricing was kind of expensive for what he did. They just stopped by, I guess it was a Saturday and they were looking for something to do so I decided for them to go ahead and do it and being that he had all these people in there for landscaping I thought hey did a great job but we weren't happy with the trimming at all. They were very nice, it's just that I don't think they have the people to be able to do the good job. We've had trimming before and the people did a fabulous job."

"Excellent job! Randy, completed a few projects at my home. He installed my vinyl fences. He has done a few landscaping projects like planting trees and shrubs, grass cutting, re-seeding and fertilizing. He built a few patio stones garden designs at my garden. He also did some pool cleaning and power washing. He has always done an excellent job. He is always on time and very reliable. I recommend Randy and his team for all your home improvement projects."

"This was the first company I called, at 11:00 a.m. I told him the size. He quoted a price and I asked how soon could he do it. He said that he could be at my house at 12:00 noon. On the "dot" he was at my door. There were some items on my patio, which he insisted on moving."

"They did a total yard clean up which included weeding, leaf removal, and removed some loose stones that were in the yard. They had probably about 30 bags of gunk that had to be hauled away. They brought four guys who worked really hard for the whole eight hours. Because my job required extra guys and extra labor there was a significant additional cost to complete my job. This was told to me the day before so I was expecting it. I just caution that depending upon what you need done, the cost can go up fairly quickly. The guys did a great job on the yard nonetheless."
