"Contacted them over the weekend, while they were closed & that following Monday I got an immediate response. We reached out bc a rusted hole developed in the wall of the pool near the skimmer and return line. Victor and the help came out & saved me from having to take down the pool. Thursday they came fixed the pool & Friday came out and closed the pool down till next year. Pool looks new and the service was incredible!"

"Eric from Open and Flowing came and fixed the issues I was having with my toilet bowls. He came at the beginning of the time window that you gave and he was very friendly. He did a wonderful job and was very neat! I could tell he was experienced and I had total confidence he would do a great job. Of all the service men that Choice Home Warranty has sent to out home, he was by far the best. I am extremely pleased!!!"

"Dave Polo was fairly reasonably priced and responded to messages and phone calls pretty quickly. He was prompt and behaved professionally during the inspection. He agreed to conduct a search for oil tanks on the property and conduct radon testing (although I didn't find out until just before the inspection that he actually subcontracted these services out to other companies, which probably ended up increasing the price for us). Unfortunately he missed a visible major plumbing defect which could have saved us some money on the sale price, and although he came back out to the house he refused to acknowledge his error or refund any of his fee. The final report could also have been a bit more detailed."
