"Our water heater finally gave out on us last night. I contacted hone advisors and was paired with Niko. He promptly called me immediately. I sent over pictures of my water heater. He quoted me a price for the new water heater including labor. He advised that he would remove the old water heater. We set up an appointment for the next morning (this morning). He called me Ianâ s gave me an arrival time. He was spot in. Niko and Dori were very professional. They started working immediately. Once they were done he advised how long it would take for the water to heat back up. I paid the price he quoted me. A few hours later he called to make sure we had hot water. "Did great work to replace a water heater. Saw the job through all in one day, a Sunday, despite obstacles that came up, and checked that all was working well after installation. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

"Mr. Miguel was professional and well informative and offered an affordable solution to the problems I was facing. He arrived on time and immediately went to purchase the supplies needed to make the repairs and replacements. I was in desperate need of caulking for the tub, shower head that was barely holding on, spout antiquated, toilets non efficient excess water usage, and even the bathroom faucet had an issue of rotting away. In demonstrating excellent customer service he asked was there any other issues and I showed him my kitchen faucet and immediately he saw the pipe was eroded and could burst. I highly recommend you to call if you are having any plumbing, hot water heater yes he even adjusted the temperature for me as it was extremely hot. 10/10 I give him and his helper. Would I use his service again, yes for sure already sent his number to my mom."
