"Absolutely wonderful! Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. Both Daler and Robia were courteous, caring, and truly professional. We would be delighted to hire D & R Repair for future projects!"

"Anthony was very professional, and polite. He and his worker were tasked with removing and replacing 2 in the wall air conditioners that have been in the wall for over 30 years. The job was completed in 1 day and they left my home spotless. I would highly recommend New York Mechanical for all your air conditioning needs."

"They were prompt, efficient, and straight forward about the cost. The fact that they were able to come the same day that I called them was wonderful. Would definitely use again."

"I had Milano and Adam’s come to my house to change two a/c and heaters for my house. They arrived at 8am and promptly walked around with me to explain the job before starting. After a 30 minute conversation of all work to be done they started. They had both units installed up and working by 5pm. Courteous and mindful of my house because one unit was in the attic. They were careful and fast. They explained everything on their work and on the operation of my new equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a great price. Thank you Joe again for everything."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"When the unit was returned and the timer no longer worked, Mike's A/C replaced the part with a fully functioning used one
and did not charge for it. I could not have asked for a better response or better service.

"My experience with Colossus HVAC was one of the most positive service experiences from start to finish I have ever encountered as a homeowner. Learning that my entire heating system needed to be replaced was a scary prospect but from the first phone call the office staff was comforting and my first meeting with James, made me feel at ease. James’ professionalism and attention to every detail especially the financing challenges I knew I would be facing was tremendous and so much better than other companies I had investigated. They treated me with respect and care and followed through by answering questions via phone and email throughout the whole process. When the team arrived to put in my new system continued the impeccable professionalism. Their patience and knowledge were so impressive, Nicholas explained everything during the visit. They worked so hard for hours in my tiny basement and were continuously pleasant and helpful. After over 8 hours of work, Nicholas explained the entire system to me with a smile and answered every question with the expertise he has accumulated during his work in the industry. When the team left every question I had was answered and every piece of my home where they had worked was clear and clean. I can't say enough about this team and would recommend them to everyone."
