Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Steilacoom, WA

"Deck was installed quickly without any hiccups. Team worked quickly and efficiently to get the desired design I had for the look I had come up with. Adam knocked it out of the park and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new deck."

"It did take time to get the project started, even after paying the deposit. I was called the day of the project start day, no heads up to be available. The two-man team was very nice but need more training. The man gate security is very weak, two lag bolts on the outside of the gate, removable in a matter of seconds with a 1/2" wrench (see photo). I did have to let the installer know that the one of the top caps were very crooked. No handle installed for the rolling gate or man gate, I had them install one from the old gate they removed. All and all the job is OK. I will be adding better security locking components."

"From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling or renovation work."

"Absolutely excellent experience. Near Me Roofing Company and team did a great job on replacing shingles and eaves. Great quality materials, worked hard and fast and left everything clean. Princing on par with others; highly recommended."

"Great job by the crew. Nick, Will, and Saul were very cooperative and real easy to talk to. They replaced my 12' x 35' 20 year old deck within 4 days. I would say pricing is at market rate which reflects the quality of materials and knowledge of the company. Choosing decking samples was a high priorty on my list. Also, I didn't want latice (as I had before) going around my deck. I had white vinyl railing around my deck. High maintenance as it would get dirty with mold/fungus. So, I decided to use the black metal railing instead. I have a dark grey house, so I decided to choose Oasis Palm by Eva-Last for the main decking which features a warm golden brown base with toasted caramel streaks. This counterbalances the heavy tones of dark gray siding. The outline of the deck is carbonized Osage. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Construction for your decking needs. I also have a 30 year warranty. Should anything go wrong, they will come out to repair or replace promptly."

"We are so glad we hired this company to do our deck. Chris and Thomas always answered our questions and calls promptly. They did a beautiful job on our 30-year old deck and made it look brand new and better than ever. They worked with us to keep costs down and quality up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering work done on their home."

"The whole experience was excellent. Chris when to give us a bid. He was very knowledgeable. He told use about the triangle of stove, fridge and sink and flow. He suggested a long narrow window to replace the tile backsplash on an outside wall. It was a great idea. When sit at the new bar between the kitchen and the living room we look out into our backyard. Itâ s beautiful. The guys that did the work are extremely work oriented. They are constantly working. They were thorough, knowledgeable and open to our suggestions and requests. We wanted an additional can light no problem. They were great. They cleaned up every day before they left. They would tell use when they were going to arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. I have old siding on the outside of my house. They matched it perfectly when eliminated a window. The price of the cabinets was a lot more reasonable the other bids and theyâ re beautiful. What I mentally pictured in my mind on how it would look and the ease of preparing meals in the new kitchen were so wrong. Itâ s at least 10 times better. It still has the same physical dimensions but how itâ s played out. It seems so much bigger. I highly recommend them for any project you need done"

"After meeting with Amit about replacing our old deck, he promptly measured it, gave us a bid, created a timeline and started work. His crew was focused, hard working and knowledgeable. When we wanted to modify the project, he listened and did it well. We are so impressed by the high quality of workmanship and love our new deck!"

"The contractors were courteous. Communication was good. Tub and Shower were as expected. Walk in shower replaced a tub shower combination. Also include two grab bars. Project was done in a timely manner."
