"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"After worrying about these decks for 3 years, I finally got down to business and started getting estimates. I received 2 from Angies list and 2 from people who were recommended to me by others. I decided on one of the Angies list builders because I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge. Marshall Painter has been in the building business for quite some time and even after this project has been completed, I am convinced I made the correct decision. He and his workman were very focused and worked to complete this job in what I thought was record time for the size of the project. The workmanship was exceptionally fine. There were several "add-on's" I wanted and I'm so pleased I took their suggestions as they turned out better than what I had originally envisioned (that's why you hire a professional). They hauled off all of the old wood and left the work site immaculate. I have been able to entertain on these decks this summer and have received rave compliments and have passed his name on to friends. I will use him again on some of my other non-deck projects, as he is a complete builder and adept at all facets of house building/remodeling."

They were awesome.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

"HCR did a great job with replacing our roof. The materials are high quality and the work (removing original roof, laying down new roof and cleaning up) was done efficiently and with great detail. HCR also offers an excellent warranty and was very thorough in explaining options and setting up the work. We would highly recommend!"

"After another downpour we noticed that the skylight leak had not been fixed properly. We contacted Jesus roofing who said he would be there later that day, as he was going to be in that neighborhood fixing somebody else roof.
He showed up when expected, he was curtious,got to the problem right away by finding out exactly where the leak was occuring.
It seemed to happen only in downpours. We had previously paid to fix this problem, but it was not solved.
He went on the roof with the hose and poked around (figuratively) until he found the problem which turned out to be a place where the water ran UP the skylight into an unsealed area.
For his trouble he only charged us $50!
We definitely shall use him again for a repair or roof replacement.
