This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"Jason and Noah did a great job replacing the old knob and tube wiring and installing a three-way switch on a dark flight of stairs. They worked on our project from start to finish, without interruption, which we greatly appreciated. They did a good job patching the holes they had to make in walls and ceilings in order to run the new wires. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and stored their tools out of the way in our basement overnight. At the end of each day, Jason gave us a walk-through of the progress he and Noah had made during the day. He had a positive, professional, "can-do" approach to the work and challenges of the project."

"We had just recently purchased a split level duplex and had been having concerns about the lack of sufficient warm air coming through the heating vents, especially in the upper levels.  Angie's List $79 "Big Deal" for a furnace inspection and cleaning with Drain & Heating Solutions came at just the right time, so we took advantage of the offer.  The company followed up quickly and was at our home within a week.  From the start we knew we had made the right decision since Eddie has a very positive personality and 'can-do' attitude that inspires confidence and trust.  He did all the work that was promised in the "Big Deal" (which was a lot I should point out), and then some.  He showed us how to change the filter ourselves, something that should be done on average twice a year but looked like it had not been done for a decade.  Most importantly, he discovered a flaw in the heating duct connected to the furnace: a gaping hole that had never been properly sealed over (either from the initial installation or a prior shoddy repair) and which was allowing much of the hot air coming from the furnace to escape in the small basement "closet" rather than being directed into the duct vent......thus causing our heat loss!  In order to access this hole and tape it over, he had to remove insulation from around the furnace and then wedge himself behind the furnace into what looked like a humanly impossible space.  All of this took considerable time and lots of sweat but he persevered, with good humor, and corrected the problem.  We highly recommend him and will be using him in the future for routine maintenance.

"Steve contacted me on the same day that I submitted a request for an estimate by phone.  He came for the estimate within a few days and the work was done in 10 days after I made an initial call.  He was very punctual and his work was very thorough.  Best of all, he sent me very frequent e-mail messages about his schedule, confirmation, and so forth.  I definitely recommend him for small or large demolition work.  "

"Aside from the price of service it went well.  They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing.  During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars.  During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee.  They said it was an expensive part.  I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified.  I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars.  So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site.  Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty."
