"We discovered our roof had loose shingles, and one was missing! In anticipation of installing a SOLAR system, we contacted w/Pond Roofing - and after their on-site evaluation and presentation; we contracted for a replacement - architectural, and same color - THEIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING, AND we're delighted with the result. Clean-up, and a follow-up 'raking' for nails on the lawn was excellent. Full disclosure: We've hired Pond years ago, and their work is still as professional, and quality as ever. WELL DONE!!"

"We had our roof replaced by Springfield roofing and they did an excellent job. Andre was easy to work with, professional, and timely. We are really happy with the work!"

"He arrived on time. Explained and showed me everything he was going to do. He laid out tarps to cover my things and cleaned up afterwards. He installed the tube and also checked my other tube and attic fan that they installed 6 years ago, He then gave me instructions for care of both tubes in the future. He was very pleasant and professional.

"The steadily worked the project until it was complete - Overall, a decent job but left nails on the ground (stepped on 3 of them while working outside in the days after they completed the project) - The salesman (Dwayne Walker) prepared a professional looking estimate and promised to provide feedback with regard to the extent of my roof's wind damage to my insurance company - I came to realize it was just a sales tactic to "trick" me into signing the contract, as he never followed through, even though I followed up with him through email requests and asked several other Roofing & More contacts who "promised" to get back to him and ask him to follow through. I eventually became upset with him and the company because he set expectations he never intended to meet, costing me several thousand dollars."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Highly recommend. Roofing Pups executed a flawless and expedited roof replacement with the utmost professionalism from start to finish for a reasonable price. Eric, the technician who handled the initial scoping and quoting, was honest, transparent, and provided clear pricing with no hidden costs. Heather coordinated the project and kept me well informed on scheduling and status leading up to installation day. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, exactly as communicated by Heather, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. Elvin kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and the team shared real-time progress photos via an active link, which I greatly appreciated. The roof installation and skylight replacements were completed efficiently and with high quality workmanship. The crew thoroughly cleaned up all debris and left not a single nail behind—especially important to me with a 3-year-old toddler at home."

"Outstanding company to deal with. They were by far the lowest estimate of any contractor I tried. The completed a remove and replace on a 3200 sq. ft. ranch in one day. The crew was polite and efficient and the clean up job was perfect. CENVAR is the only company to deal with for your roofing needs."

All of the technicians were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, highly skilled and operated efficiently to finish ahead of scheduled time. Pedro, Kevin and Antonio in particular were exceptional in going above and beyond to produce truly beautiful work.
