"The entire team at Aire Serv were friendly efficient and helpful. From the young lady answering the phones to the technician checking my old system and recommending we replace our 17 yr old system. Reid was very helpful in answering all our questions concerning a new system and which one best fit our homes need. The Installation team arrived timely and worked efficiently to replace our old hvac system. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. It took them 6 hours to complete the job. They left our home the same way they found it. At about an hour after they left, the new system was not cooling down my home. I called the service manager and told him what was going on and he said he would get the lead installer right back out to check the system. He arrived back in 30 minutes. He rechecked the system from top to bottom. He found 1 wire on my outside unit misfires and fixed it. We were still not seeing a temperature drop. He continued to make adjustments to the system. As the sun set and the temp began to fall, the temperature in the house began to fall as well. He told me that he was thinking that there be something wrong with the new thermostat. I told him that I would keep an eye on it. Around 10 pm the thermostat finally reached 75 degrees and shut off. The unit would restart when the temp would go up and cycle back off when it hit set point. Today it has cycled on and off as it should. This company has been great and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you."
