"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"We have been customers of Plumbing Innovators for several years now. In addition to our recent work, they installed and maintain our water filtration system. It is so good to know that we can rely on them for consistently high quality service. TJ and Thomas completed our most recent repairs with a strong attention to the details, and all the crew members we've worked with through the years have provided excellent service and made us feel confident in our water system."

"Adam was the technician who did the work and he was excellent. Though the source of a leak (that has not happened again) could not be found, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking time to explain how potential trouble spots should be repaired to prevent leaks in the future. He also was very honest and helped me understand that what I thought was a faulty faucet was simply water splashing up and did not need repair or replacement. The cut and cap that he did on the old laundry tub was very neatly and professionally done. I would definitely recommend and will contact them again when I need plumbing work done."

"I do not have the bandwidth or verbal acumen to describe how grateful I am to Plumb Magic in general, and Andy in particular. I was spinning like I had one foot nailed to the floor when I called. Andy showed up, had me breathe into a paper bag (figuratively, of course) got me calmed down and pointed in the right direction. He suggested a trusted salvage service and went right to work. He went way above and way beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever been party to. He stayed with us until the county (ultimately responsible for my predicament) showed up to start repairs. I am already planning to call back after this mess gets settled to complete some long-put-off projects."

"A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"Professional and efficient. Helped guide me to best faucet options. Completed job on time. Will call back!"

"Great customer service and very professional. Quality material with an excellent finish. I will, without a doubt, hire for all of my home’s plumbing needs."

"Greg called almost immediately when Angi put out the requests for quotes. I needed a semi-emergency water heater replacement. Greg gave me a very reasonable price quote which I accepted. He picked up the replacement water heater from Lowes and proceeded with a very professional install. 100% clean up afterward. Everything about the experience was professional. Highly recommend."
