"The brothers who run this company were easy to work with, timely, and fun.
I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.

"This is the third time in the last 7 years that I have hired Ben Jones to remove trees. His work has consistently been outstanding and his prices are very competitive. There are no hidden charges. "The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

"Mark and his crew did an amazing job. Some highlights: 1) Mark's proposal was the most reasonable of the three we received. 2) Mark provided some design options and suggested we go to the local stone store to be sure we got what we wanted. We appreciated his suggestions as well as his respect for our choices. 3) Mark's crew was always courteous and thorough. They also cleaned up each day and happily hosed down our neighbor's driveway per his request. 4) A few times throughout the process we had new ideas to which Mark provided his advice and updated cost estimates. For an additional $850 we were able to add more value to the final product. All told, Mark and his team built four retaining walls, installed a patio under our deck, installed a landing pad outside our pool (with the extra pavers from the deck project), installed a paver walkway between our under-deck patio and the pool, regraded the yard, seeded and strawed the yard, and replanted some perennials that were displaced in the regrading. 5) Mark always kept us updated on progress - particularly important in this rainy spring."

"The drywall repair was excellent. I could not ask for more, or better. The patches that needed fixing were extremely large, and you cannot tell that anything was done. If all you need is drywall repair, stop reading now, and hire Kargman's. Our main thoughts were that they did a great job, eventually. They had to come out and fix things twice and that shows great customer service and responsiveness. We just would prefer not having multiple trips. The carpentry ended up being excellent as well, and it was an admittedly tough job getting baseboards attached to brick, and trim along the walls where drywall met the brick. The main issue we had was that there were some sloppy places at first that needed Kargman's to come back out and fix. They were great in doing this, and bent over backwards to come out and do it again, but it would have been better not to have to have anyone come back out. The real issue we had was with the painting. Eventually, it all looks great and the final product is perfect. It's just that they had to come back out and clean up painted over faceplates, trim, and a door. They did eventually get it pretty much right, but it took a while. So again, everything turned out great and looks great, but it's not above average or done on the first try, so we couldn't give an A."

"I hired Buzz Bunting to help align a downspout that wasn’t lined up correctly, from the roof of the house, he used a 38 foot ladder, to climb to the affected area, and properly correct the problem. Then I hired Buzz Bunting to install the gutter guard stainless steel micro mesh system, along the gutters on the front and back of the gutters, to prevent further buildup of leaves, twigs, helicopters, and roof grit, from a neighbors Maple Tree, and the general breakdown of roof grit, from weathering years of heat and cold. I was very pleased with how professional Buzz is, his general knowledge of home repairs is astonishing. He works alone, is very trustworthy, and does rock solid workmanship. He is super versatile, can basically fix or repair anything, and if there is something that he doesn’t do, he gives great advice, to point you in the right direction."
