"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. "I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."

"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"
