"Since it was a small job, I was hoping it could be done while I waited, but they handle jobs in the order in which they are received (no exceptions), so I had to wait until they called for a pick-up.  The piece was perfectly duplicated and carefully packaged against breakage.  They even supplied me with the correct adhesive for mirrors since I was completing the repair.  All in all,  a good experience.  I'm thankful to have found this company and recommend them to anyone who needs mirror work done.

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule.
