"They were very helpful in scheduling this repair based on my schedule. When Robert the tech came, he walked thru the job with me and was extremely curious. Once he had made his inspection he quoted me a price, have been in construction for over 50 years the number was I believe right on and within a second said fix it.. Robert finished up clearing the clog by snaking about 40' of pipe and my guess would be about 3 separate blockages. Once complete he cleaned up after himself. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
