"Robert first came out to my house to fix a really bad clogged drain in our kitchen. He also came when it was convenient for us after work for both myself and my wife. He guarantees his work for 30 days with a clogged drain, well he ended up coming back yesterday and he came when he said he would and he completely fixed the problem. he was very professional and honest and didn't charge me for coming back to fix the issue. "Technician ( Mike McCabe) was friendly, courteous , excellent & professional. The service was provided on the next day after I called. They kept me informed concerning their arrival. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services. "They were very helpful in scheduling this repair based on my schedule. When Robert the tech came, he walked thru the job with me and was extremely curious. Once he had made his inspection he quoted me a price, have been in construction for over 50 years the number was I believe right on and within a second said fix it.. Robert finished up clearing the clog by snaking about 40' of pipe and my guess would be about 3 separate blockages. Once complete he cleaned up after himself. Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment.
