"It went extremely well. The technician was professional and thorough. He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"The water heater installation was adequate. They could have been more professional. They put the water heater on the carpet without any protection before installing. They asked me for my own towel to mop up water from the floor. They did not wear booties."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Tom Sipes and the entire team at Smith and Sons HVAC did a fantastic job to get our house back to a bearable temperature during the extra-hot spring we recently had here in Indy. Tom came out and thoroughly explained what we needed and what we didn't, which was a welcome change in pace from the typical sales person.
