"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

His crew did the best job anyone has ever done painting the front of my house, using quality materials and painstakingly careful techniques. His attention to preparation is immaculate-- they pressure- washed CAREFULLY (really important with old houses and multiple layers of paint!), and then scraped and sanded with a thoroughness that astonished me. Not only does the house look better than it ever has, but I am confident that this job will last. But even if there is some little glitch, I truly do believe that Mr. Jones is a man of his word, and he will return to fix it.
