Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Stinson Beach, CA

"My pilot light went out and they restarted the water heater and then educated me on when to tell if a water heater needs to be replaced. No heavy selling. Thoroughly professional."

"I have to give this 3 star rating based on price. 5 stars for customer service, promptness, courtesy and professionalism. The gentleman that provided me with the estimate was top notch. NO pressure, 100% honest and generally very respectful of my interaction. However, the price quoted is, without a doubt, not realistic. I searched online for furnace pricing and a very high quality and highly rated piece of equipment averaged around $2500. But my quote for a new furnace with installation was $7500! This is totally unacceptable! Furnace replacement is not rocket science. As a very handy guy, and one who has, first hand, witnessed an installation, $5000 in labor for a 4 to 5 hour job is just way more than this is worth. $1000 per hour is more than lawyers and doctors charge. And there is no flexibility on this pricing. And I don't feel that the months overhead of this company should be charged on each and every installation. Additionally, I received quotes from 3 other companies and their pricing is almost identical. Price fixing? Taking advantage of consumers? You make the call. BUYER BEWARE!"

"Good folks. The job, replacing a gas water heater, turned out to be more complicated than was anticipated. They were flexible and adapted quickly to the situation, The results are excellent. 5 stars. As far as "value," hey, everything is expensive these days."

"Professional, knew what he was doing, and very personable."

"Joseph was on the job when he said he would be here. He is knowledgeable about the issue I presented, but did not try to oversell me on the job. He did notice that an electrical outlet could be improved with not a lot of time or money and which made my system safer. I would definitely hire Joseph and DIvine Electric again when I need them. "These guys are the best. Did a partial home repipe of both the water and drain pipes. Other plumbers tried to upsell us by replacing newer pipes and the water heater. Ray and Alex just did the repiping that was necessary. Excellent communication, friendly and on time. Even worked in tough, rainy conditions. Ray owns his own business and takes pride in his work. Recommended him to all my neighbors."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."
