"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

"This pro arrived slightly outside of the arrival window, but did let me know in advance, which was fine. He worked proficiently and completed the job in a timely fashion. I observed most of his work and it appeared he knew what he was doing. I am happy with the installation, but only have one concern about how the expansion tank was installed. I wasn’t aware of its proper installation until I later researched it and found out that it should have been installed on a wall rather than being supported by the copper pipes. Also, I would have liked to see him check the gas line for any leaks and add a sealant for a level of safety, however, since this pro provided a one-year labor warranty, it gives me a little more confidence in the installation. "

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
